On October 19, the 3rd year students of Electronics and Tele-
communications visited the base station managed by Net-
works! The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with a
multi-system city station, where one can compare the old and
new technology for implementing a radio track for three opera-
tors. Devices enabling the transmission of mobile data were
presented. The greatest interest was aroused by such elements
of the base station as BBU, RRU, low-attenuation cables, and
couplers. We thank Mr. Rafał Kolenda for an interesting presen-
tation of the base station elements and Mr. Arkadiusz Wi-
śniewski for supporting the development of students career!
